Why do high-trust teams need a private AI workshop?

GW&Co private AI workshops help professional teams agree where AI can support their work, which information can be used in their approved environment, and what a person must check before using the output.

Darragh teaches the Context-First Method through practical AI habits while keeping professional judgement and accountability with the team.

What will your team learn?

Workshop learning outcomes

  • Understand Context-First AI Systems in plain English
  • Identify where AI can safely support real professional workflows
  • Separate low-risk internal use from higher-risk client-sensitive work
  • Ask better questions about data, privacy, governance, and human review
  • Build shared judgement around where AI helps and where it should stay out
  • Leave with practical next steps instead of generic tool excitement

Who are the private workshops for?

This workshop is built for:

  • insurance advisors and advanced markets teams
  • finance, wealth, and investment professionals
  • advisory firms and professional-service teams
  • leadership groups evaluating AI adoption
  • associations or networks that want practical private education for members

Choose the workshop for your team

Workshop 1: practical AI foundations

Workshop 1 teaches prompting, context engineering basics and five or more AI power-user habits. Participants use the workbook, exercises 1–3, PromptPal and supplied AI tools to build their own personalized setup and private AI tutor. Darragh teaches the method and guides participants through their own setup.

Workshop 2: one shared team workflow

Workshop 2 includes an AI opportunities audit identifying three to five opportunities. The team selects one shared workflow, builds the context it needs, and practises running and reviewing it in the agreed AI environment. Additional workflow builds require additional scope.

Full-day extension: reusable shared context

A separately quoted full-day Workshop 2 can develop a broader shared context foundation for the selected team workflow. Agreed outputs can include an information-source map, business rules, reusable examples, and clear ownership and update responsibilities.

Which AI platform will your team use?

Each private workshop uses one AI environment approved by your organisation: ChatGPT Business, Claude or Microsoft Copilot. Before delivery, Darragh and your organiser check access, permissions and whether the supplied tools fit that environment. Required AI subscriptions are separate.

Which practices can your team reuse?

GW&Co private workshops teach three practices your team can apply to AI-supported work:

  • Give AI useful context: the task, relevant sources, audience and boundaries.
  • Review the output: check facts, omissions and anything requiring professional judgement.
  • Reuse what works: retain the instructions and context, then refine them after practice.

The specific materials and outputs depend on whether your team chooses Workshop 1 or Workshop 2.

What support is available after the workshop?

Each private workshop includes one 60-minute team review within 30 days of completing the workshop. Further coaching, additional workflow builds and implementation are separately scoped.

Optional one-to-one AI support is available separately from the included team review. Workflow advisory and implementation is considered when the workflow is repeatable, its context can be structured, and human review remains central.

Grove-White & Co. does not take generic automation, chatbot setup, or one-off tool configuration projects.

Private workshop questions

How much do private workshops cost?

A standard in-person half-day workshop costs C$5,000 for up to 10 teammates. Choose Workshop 1 or Workshop 2 using the standard materials and exercises.

  • In person, half day: C$5,000.
  • Online: C$6,500 for two 120-minute sessions covering one complete workshop.
  • In person, full day: quoted separately according to the additional outputs.

Company-specific preparation, bespoke examples and additional workflow builds are separately scoped and priced.

What workshop formats are available?

Choose the delivery format for one complete workshop: Workshop 1 or Workshop 2.

  • In person: a standard half-day workshop for up to 10 teammates.
  • Online: two 120-minute sessions for up to 10 teammates.
  • In person, full day: additional outputs agreed and quoted before delivery.

Each cohort uses one agreed AI environment, with access and permissions checked before the workshop.

Who are these workshops built for?

These workshops are built for high-trust professional teams, including:

  • insurance advisors and advanced markets teams
  • finance, wealth, and investment professionals
  • advisory firms and professional-service teams
  • leadership groups evaluating AI adoption
  • associations or networks planning private professional education

They are best suited for teams that need practical AI clarity without hype, tool-chasing, or unnecessary risk.

Can the workshop be customized to our company or industry?

Yes. Advance review of company information, bespoke examples and custom workflow preparation can be added, with the additional scope and investment agreed beforehand. Workshop 2 already includes applying the standard method to one shared team workflow and the context it needs.

The standard half-day price covers the existing Workshop 1 or Workshop 2 materials and exercises. Participants build their own personalized AI setup using the supplied tools and exercises, with Darragh teaching the method and guiding its application.

Additional individual setup support and additional workflow builds are separately scoped.

How is this different from a generic AI tools demo?

A GW&Co private workshop combines guided practice with decisions about the team’s work: the context AI needs, the information it may use, the output a person must check, and the next step to try.

Workshop 1 builds practical foundations; Workshop 2 applies the method to one shared team workflow.

How is this different from prompt training?

Prompting is part of a GW&Co private workshop. Participants also learn to prepare useful context, set workflow and data boundaries, and review AI output before using it.

The focus is a method participants can practise and reuse in their approved AI environment.

Can this lead to implementation support?

Yes. GW&Co can scope implementation support after a private workshop when the workflow is repeatable, its context can be structured, and human review remains central. Additional workflow builds and implementation are separately scoped.

Grove-White & Co. does not take generic automation, chatbot setup, or one-off tool configuration projects.

What resources can participants keep using?

GW&Co private workshops include downloadable materials for continued internal use and access to the supplied hosted AI tools with no scheduled expiry.

Hosted access depends on continued platform support and availability; required AI subscriptions are separate.

Additional coaching, implementation and future platform migration work are separately scoped.

Is follow-up support included?

Yes. One 60-minute team review is included within 30 days of completing the workshop.

Use the review after your team has tried the setup or workflow in practice. Additional coaching and implementation are separately scoped.

What preparation is needed?

Start by booking a conversation. Once the workshop scope is agreed:

  • Your organizer confirms the cohort’s approved AI environment, account access and permissions.
  • Participants complete the agreed setup exercises and their own personalization. For Workshop 2, the team agrees on one shared workflow to work on.
  • Darragh confirms the materials and delivery plan. Company-specific preparation and bespoke examples are agreed and priced separately.
